This week had three big focuses for our group– the presentation, our prototypes, and the poster. Our prototypes included a simulation of the app to show the technical aspect of our project, as well as a video to get at the more emotional side. The presentation had to convey what our project is, and the process that led to it. And the poster focused more on our solution.
I had a little hand in each of these aspects. As far as the presentation is concerned, I made the presentation with help from Claudia, and delivered it with help from Fabiano. I am happy how it turned out and the criticism we received was largely minor. The advice we were given was to synthesize more what we said about the process, use more photos, include more about the emotional side of our project, and emphasize the incentives for use on both ends.
The prototypes were well received, and Andrea gave a few small changes for the video. Overall the day was a huge success for us, and we don’t have to make any huge changes as a group.
